Social isolation and burnout have become more prevalent in the U.S. Participants will learn the impact of social isolation and burnout, how to dedicate focus, attention and intention to handle loneliness and burnout, and tools and resilience to strengthen their resilience.
June 13: The Keys to Preventing Diabetes
Lifestyle changes may help you get your blood glucose back to normal and avoid or delay diabetes. Participants will learn about the diagnosis, treatment, and symptoms of prediabetes.
April 11: Why Sleep Matters
Rest prepares the mind and body to deal with life’s everyday challenges. The right amount of shut eye can reduce stress, and help people feel more productive, healthy, and focused. Participants will identify the benefits of sleep, discuss strategies for healthy sleep, and practice relaxation exercises.
