Workshops

We are offering two workshops to learn about changes from Providence, MODA Health, and Kaiser Permanente. Information is presented back-to-back so that you get a bird’s eye view of the upcoming changes and make decisions that fit best your wants and needs. After attending the Open Enrollment workshop, we recommend pairing with the e-learning tool (available October) that may offer more detailed information.

E-Learning Tool

Back by popular demand! Comprehensive and accurate information about carriers at your fingertips! This self-guided tool is ideal for those who want to go their own speed, or for those who may have issues with reliable internet. We recommend everyone who attended the Town Hall or workshop to refer to this tool if you still questions or need clarity.

Town Hall

Ask questions live, with an expert from carriers including Kaiser Permanente, Providence, and MODA Health. We will start with a welcome statement and a brief introduction from presenters, an overview of Open Enrollment, after which participants will enter breakout rooms for live Q&A from carriers. You can expect at least 30 minutes to drop in and out of different sessions. We recommend this format for those who have specific questions and are interested in shopping around for carriers. This is one time event, so we encourage you to prepare ahead of time by reviewing presentation materials.
