Uplift Oregon is excited to present this partnership with Edward Jones to state employees!
Financial literacy has a significant positive impact on your health, with long-term effects! Besides helping people feel more secure from day-to-day financial activities, it can help you focus on preparing for major life events, emergencies, and retirement. Uplift Oregon is excited to offer a new, 3-part series with Edward Jones, a financial advisory group. These workshops focus on investing, healthcare, and retirement savings. Edward Jones is a financial consultant that specializes in helping individual investors rather than institutions.
According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), about 66% of the American population is considered financially unwell. Being financially literate allows an individual to be better prepared for financial roadblocks, which, in turn, decreases the chances of personal economic distress. Financial wellness is a key component that contributes to short and long-term overall health and wellness.
Join us in the coming months and learn how to leverage your benefits for financial planning and managing future expenses.
