At Uplift Oregon, wellness is not limited to any one area, but encompasses healthy habits in areas like physical, mental, financial, and community health. Overall, there are eight pillars of wellness that impact your life, and by gaining knowledge in them, you can improve them. We believe that employees are better off when wellness is a priority, and workplaces are more effective.
We have upcoming workshops, in partnership with Kaiser Permanente, that can provide you knowledge to better care for yourself and others. These workshops are free and available to any state employee whether or not Kaiser Permanente is your provider.

Self-care is essential for anyone seeking to live a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. This workshop focuses on four ways to improve SELF care: Sleep, Exercise, Love and Food. Participants will learn how these factors can impact their life, the barriers of access self-care, and how to create a realistic action plan.
July 18: Purpose, Connection & Hope
Social isolation and burnout have become more prevalent in the U.S. Participants will learn the impact of social isolation and burnout, how to dedicate focus, attention and intention to handle loneliness and burnout, and tools and resilience to strengthen their resilience.
