Open Enrollment for 2027

Every year, State of Oregon employees have a set period of time called Open Enrollment to make decisions about their benefits for the coming year. Unless you experience a qualifying event, Open Enrollment is the only time that you can make significant changes to your benefits.

This year is an “active” enrollment, which means every employee must select their benefits for 2027, even if you plan to decline or opt out of coverage. This year, Open Enrollment takes place from Thursday, October 1, 2026, to Saturday, October 31, 2026.
