This year’s Open Enrollment is an active Open Enrollment. During an active Open Enrollment, every State of Oregon employee must review and select their benefits, even if you plan to decline or opt out of coverage. This year, Open Enrollment takes place from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to Friday, October 31, 202.
