As a public employee, your salary is just part of your total compensation. The benefits available to you can positively affect your finances, health and retirement!

Uplift Your Benefits is a mandatory two-hour workshop for executive branch employees in the State of Oregon. This workshop will teach you the necessary information to select the best benefits for yourself and your family. You will also learn where to go if you have additional questions on your benefits. 

This workshop is taken on paid work time and must be completed within the first 30 days of your hiring date. You won’t be registering for your benefits during this workshop.
