Creating career pathways for dedicated state employees
Career Mobility is a program administered by Uplift Oregon, designed to provide equitable, low-barrier-to-entry professional development opportunities to current executive branch State of Oregon employees.
This program offers industry-valued knowledge and skills, creating a pathway for workers to advance their careers in positions within the state through no-cost education and support while maintaining their current position, salary and benefits.
The pilot cohort, focused on filling accountant and tax auditing positions, completed in December, 2024.
