On September 13, 10:00-11:00 a.m., Uplift Oregon will present a special HR-only overview and discussion about Uplift Your Benefits, the new employee benefits orientation that is mandatory for certain employees.

When employees feel confident that they are getting the most out of their benefits, they are more likely to see the full value of being an employee of the State of Oregon. We are here to support state employees in feeling confident about accessing all of their amazing benefits.
In this workshop, we will:
- Provide an overview of Uplift Your Benefits, the new employee benefits orientation that helps connect new state employees to all of their benefits.
- Review the Collective Bargaining Agreement training requirement and discuss best practices for compliance
- Engage in conversation about how we can best support you in promoting Uplift Your Benefits with all your new employees, and especially the represented employees for whom the training is a requirement.
