Open Enrollment Online Learning Tool
We are excited to announce the launch of an online learning tool for state employees to learn about their benefits options for open enrollment. Uplift Oregon created the interactive tool so state employees can easily access information about open enrollment whenever it is most convenient for them.
The tool can be accessed on their Workday account.
Open Enrollment Workshops
Our open enrollment workshops have been a tremendous success. They all have hit capacity. We added a fourth workshop on October 20 to accommodate the high demand.
You can visit UpliftOregon.org/OE2023 to register your employees for the October 20 workshop.
Uplift Your Benefits (UYB)
UYB attendance continues to grow and reviews from new employees have been great. We have added workshops, which can be found at UpliftOregon.org/resources-for-agencies/. There are also flyers, sample emails, and a registration guide to help you promote the training to your new employees. Uplift Your Benefits is a required training for new employees represented by SEIU or AFSCME but is useful for all new employees.
As one participant wrote:
It’s been most helpful in that I took the time to look at my own benefits, learning a new way to make a claim for a medical expense, made an eye appt and feel more equipped to participate in enrollment next month. Techie stuff is difficult for me so having this time was so beneficial.
