Tell us about yourself!

We collect data on participants to best create program that meets everyone’s needs. We acknowledge that marginalized employees are often and traditionally left behind by programs. As an effort to create equitable outcomes, we want to ensure that we center the experiences of those people as we work to build out our programs. We do not share participant-level data with anyone but may share trends or percentages with appropriate partners.
